Corps of Cadets Uniform Campaign

The Corps of Cadets is a student led organization that focuses on developing students as civil and military leaders. A large portion of our Cadets are commissioned in high levels of the military. As military leaders they serve their communities, state, and nation. They also serve in leadership roles in civil jobs across the fabric of our society, in law enforcement, as business leaders, etc…

The Corps of Cadets exemplifies the Texan values of integrity, civility, leadership and tradition and upholds the pursuit of excellence and service for Tarleton State University as “Leaders of Character”.

“This is a living, learning community built on a military style education.”—COL Douglas Simon, PhD, Dean of the Leadership and Military College and Commandant

Our Cadets pay on average $650 for their uniforms.   The uniforms are worn five days a week during the academic year. They are also worn to Corps of Cadets activities and when representing the university locally, and across the state and nation. These uniforms connect the legacy from the Corps of 1917 to now. These uniforms represent Tarleton and the Corps of Cadets, every college and almost every major across the university.

Our goal of this short campaign is to offset the uniform expense for our cadets. As we set out on the next 30-days together, would you consider making a monthly contribution to the Corps of Cadets Uniform Campaign? Or possibly a one-time gift?
